Flexible, Double insulated single conductor

Application

PVC single-conductor cable suitable for medium mechanical stresses with free movement without tensile stress or forced movements in dry, moist and wet rooms, and in open air (fixed installation).Must not be installed directly in the ground or water.This two-approvals single-conductor cable is preferred for use in export-oriented mechanical engineering, in machine tools, production lines and systems engineering.

Cable Construction

  • Bare copper conductor, fine wire stranded
  • 1st Insulation: special PVC, color black
  • 2nd Insulation: special PVC
  • Jacket color black

Temperature range: flexing -5°C to +90°C; fixed installation -40°C to +90°C

Nominal voltage: acc. to VDE U0/U 600/1000 V; acc. to UL 1000 V

A.C. test voltage, 50 Hz:4000 V

Minimum bending radius: for flexible installation; approx. 7,5x cable Ø; for fixed installation; approx. 3x cable Ø

Properties 

PVC self-extinguishing and flame retardant according to DIN VDE 0482 part 265-2-1/ EN 50265-2-1/ IEC 60332-1
